Rowan University confirms BlackLight's new disruptive energy source
BlackLight Power (BLP) Inc. today announced the successful independent replication and validation of its 1,000 watt and 50,000 watt reactors based on its proprietary new clean energy technology. This follows BLP's May announcement that it had successfully tested a new non-polluting energy source.
BLP's 50,000 watt reactor generated over one million joules of energy in a precise measurement made by Rowan University engineers, led by Dr. Peter Jansson. The independent study included full characterization of a proprietary solid fuel to generate the energy, before and after the reaction.
"Our experiments on the BlackLight technology have demonstrated that within the range of measurement errors the significant energy generated, which is 100 times the energy that could be attributed to measurement error, cannot be explained by other known sources like combustion or nuclear energy," says Dr. Jansson, professor of engineering at Rowan University. "The ability to generate such tremendous power in this controlled process demonstrates that the claim by BlackLight Power that it is able to demonstrate repeatable heat experiments based on their technology can be replicated by independent scientists."
The BLP process continues to be replicated and validated by independent scientists and has received interest from financial institutions and power utility plant operators around the world. BLP plans on licensing its technologies.
"This is the result that the world has been waiting for to engage this technology and provides validation that the energy generated using the BlackLight technology is no longer an academic argument," says Randell Mills, Chairman, CEO, and President of BlackLight Power Inc. "The BlackLight Process generates more than 200 times the energy of burning hydrogen that can be harnessed to replace the thermal power in coal, oil, gas and nuclear power plants. These experimental results prove that the new power source discovered in our labs has the possibility to make a profound impact in our current energy-strapped economy."
Dr. Jansson's Rowan University team conducted 55 tests of the prototypes, including controls and calibrations, during a nine-month study. Test results indicated that energy generation was proportional to the total amount of solid fuel, and only one percent of the one million joules of the energy released could be accounted for by previously known chemistry. These results matched earlier tests conducted at BlackLight's Research and Development Center, in Cranbury New Jersey.

On August 18th, an article appeared in the New York Times titled As Oil Giants Lose Influence, Supply Drops. It described the absurd dilemma facing the major oil companies today:
“The scope of the supply problem became more clear in the latest quarter when the five biggest publicly traded oil companies, including Exxon Mobil, said their oil output had declined by a total of 614,000 barrels a day, even as they posted $44 billion in profits. It was the steepest of five consecutive quarters of declines.”
We have adopted “Dauntless Resolution” as the motto of our team to muster the sustained determination to achieve these results in the face of apparently overwhelming odds. With the planet in crisis however, we MUST succeed, we ARE succeeding, and we WILL succeed in bringing these promising technologies to the world – lifting all humankind into a new era of peace and abundance on this planet

That is, as soon as we have several technologies that we can prove to be breakthrough energy developing technologies, we at TOP will put together a research facility to bring together experts in different aspects of the technology.
For example, if we win the bid for the Stan Meyer technologies, we will bring a number of researchers who have studied and partially replicated his technologies to the TOP research facility, where they will be able to interact and study not just the patents, but the real thing with fellow researchers. We have already met with several of these scientists and many of them are ready and willing to join the TOP research lab for a period of time to immerse themselves in the technology and make it work.
It will be this in-depth immersion with fellow colleagues that will allow TOP researchers to rapidly assess and build on the shoulders of others to bring out energy producing technologies to literally change the world energy paradigm.

Out of that meeting came the vision for The Orion Project and the Breakthrough Campaign; the idea that the public at large could support the research and development of such new energy systems.
To date we have raised over $200,000 in cash donations. We have pledges for another $350,000. We have supported basic research with Pulsed Motor Generator systems. We remain actively engaged in acquiring the winning bid for Stanley Meyer’s water-fuel technological legacy. And just recently have engaged with a very promising inventor in Canada with a resonant frequency generator, creating non-polluting electric power through an ingenious solid state device.
In their day, the Wright Brothers worked tirelessly to fulfill their vision of man being free to fly, often in the face of disbelief, naysayers, and outright ridicule. The Orion Project
Over the past 17 years Dr. Steven Greer and his team have extensively researched the most promising inventors and technologies available on the planet today. The system must use no power from the power grid and if batteries or capacitors are used, they must remain fully charged.
The system must create no greenhouse gases or other polluting emissions and must be a closed loop system (that is, the output energy is sufficient to run the energy needs of the system and also provide the minimum 1 kilowatt of usable net power.)
If it is a water-to-fuel system, the system must be able to electrolyze water into hydrogen and oxygen to create enough on-demand fuel to run the system (again, closed-loop) and create the minimum 1 kilowatt of net usable power.
Solar, wind and geo-thermal are excluded from the system, as these systems already exist.
The inventor must be willing to license the system to AERO, LLC.
The system must be able to pass performance and efficiency testing by three independent scientific groups and be fully reproducible from plans by an independent third party (AERO will sign a non-disclosure agreement with the inventor(s) as needed to assure confidentiality.)
The system must not use radioactive materials or other materials that are an environmental hazard or biohazard.
The inventor must be willing to bring the system to Virginia to be tested and this testing must be transparent and open (no hidden "black box" tests).
The winning inventor or team will receive $200,000 up-front as a licensing award (see our sample licensing agreement) and will be guaranteed a minimum of $5 million in royalty payments within two years of the creation of a manufacture-ready, beta tested system. If the current prototype needs further R and D to attain manufacture, UL listed readiness, AERO will provide the support to reach this state-of-the-art.

Thank you!
A HUGE Thank you to everyone who signed my petition to highlight to the UK government that there are alternative forms of energy available, other than oil.
Although the petition has ended, the fight has not.
We are continuing to strive to force the UK government to acknowledge that there are alternative forms of energy available to us, such as Zero-Point Energy (ZPE) and that we need to adopt ZPE now, rather than later.
The planet desperately needs new forms of energy to end the environmental damage we are doing to our planet by continuing to burn fossil fuels. Nuclear energy should never be an option as it is too polluting and dangerous. Other forms of energy such as wind, solar and tidal are effective and very welcome but would never meet the energy demands of this planet alone.
Adopting ZPE would end poverty and starvation across the planet. It would also bring to an end the long and evil hold the ‘elite’ has on the population of this planet.
We will continue to work for a New Energy Council to be established to allow research into this new energy and for the building and distribution of the devices.
