Propaganda and lies from News Scotsman.com
The Irish would be the "first victims" if they reject the EU constitutional treaty in a referendum this Thursday, Bernard Kouchner, France's foreign minister, yesterday made the highest-profile intervention by a major European player in the country's fierce debate.
Bernard Kouchner you should be ashamed of yourself.

World Military Spending

Why? Why are we allowing this madness to continue? Just for one moment imagine what a difference $1204 billion dollars could make to this planet if we spent the money on healthcare, investment in new clean energy technology, food and help for the poorest people of this planet.
What have we become? Have we really lost all sense of what it is to be human? Have we lost the ability to care not only for this planet but for it's population?.

Bilderberg Seeks Bank Centralization Agenda

Geithner yesterday, wrote an article in the Financial Times calling for a global regulatory banking framework. In addition, Geithner called for the Federal Reserve to have an instrumental role in this new framework. Geithner cites all of the problems that were actually created by the central bankers in the first place as the rationale for having greater centralized power. It is interesting Geithner decides to write this piece right after the Bilderberg Meeting where some of the most powerful figures in the world of central banking attended.
Not only did Geithner attend, but the attendee list included Ben Bernanke the Federal Reserve Chairman, Henry Paulson the U.S. Treasury Secretary, Jean-Claude Trichet the president of the European Central Bank, Robert Zoellick the president of the World Bank and other high profile bankers. With the who’s who of central banking attending the Bilderberg Meeting, it is highly unlikely that what Geithner is proposing in his Financial Times article was not discussed at the Bilderberg Meeting. It is no secret that the true objective of the Bilderberg Meeting is to steer the world into accepting a global government. By establishing a new global regulatory banking framework, this will inch the planet ever closer to a one world currency operating in a cashless society where microchips are used to facilitate transactions. Make no mistake about it, this system will not be good, because it will be controlled by a bunch of criminal psychopaths like the one’s who attended the 2008 Bilderberg Meeting.
In his Financial Times article, Geithner wrote the following:
The institutions that play a central role in money and funding markets – including the main globally active banks and investment banks – need to operate under a unified framework that provides a stronger form of consolidated supervision, with appropriate requirements for capital and liquidity. To complement this, we need to put in place a stronger framework of oversight authority over the critical parts of the payments system – not just the established payments, clearing and settlements systems, but the infrastructure that underpins the decentralised over-the-counter markets.
Because of its primary responsibility for the stability of the overall financial system, the Federal Reserve should play a central role in such a framework, working closely with supervisors in the US and in other countries. At present the Fed has broad responsibility for financial stability not matched by direct authority and the consequences of the actions we have taken in this crisis make it more important that we close that gap.
Finally, we need a stronger capacity to respond to crises. The Fed has put in place a number of innovative new facilities that have helped ease liquidity strains. We plan to leave these in place until conditions in money and credit markets have improved substantially.
What Geithner is proposing is entirely insane but this is the same tactic that the financial elites used to establish the Federal Reserve back in 1913. They created a crisis and said that the crisis happened because they didn’t have enough power to prevent it. The Panic of 1907 which was used to justify the passage of the Federal Reserve Act was actually caused by JP Morgan and assorted elite financial interests. They did this so they could use the crisis as an excuse to centralize their control and power over the banking system. Through the Federal Reserve, banks were finally consolidated under its umbrella through the Great Depression which was deliberately caused by the tight monetary policies implemented the central bank. Throughout the 1920s money was made plentiful, but following the stock market crash of 1929, the Federal Reserve tightened the money supply which put hundreds of community banks out of business and allowed the central bankers to consolidate control over the nation’s banking system.
Geithner is using the excuse of the current financial crisis that was caused by the Federal Reserve and the world’s assorted central banks in order to again consolidate more power for the banking cartel. It is simply history repeating itself, only this time it is on a much larger scale.
Below is another blurb taken from Geithner’s Financial Times piece:
Since last summer, we have lived through a severe and complex financial crisis. Why was the financial system so fragile? What can be done to make the system more resilient in the future?
The world experienced a financial boom. The boom fed demand for risk. Products were created to meet that demand, including risky, complicated mortgages. Many assets were financed with significant leverage and liquidity risk and many of the world’s largest financial institutions got themselves too exposed to the risk of a global downturn. The amount of long-term illiquid assets financed with short-term liabilities made the system vulnerable to a classic type of run. As concern about risk increased, investors pulled back, triggering a self-reinforcing cycle of forced liquidation of assets, higher margin requirements, increased volatility.
What Geithner doesn’t say in his article is that the current global financial crisis was caused by the Federal Reserve and the world’s various central banks. Alan Greenspan intentionally set interest rates at incredibly low levels after the 9/11 attacks. This encouraged lenders to lend out money using all sorts of creative financing packages. It also encouraged borrowers to borrow money from the lenders because of the cheaper money. These policies lead to the continued devaluation of the U.S. Dollar and the U.S. housing crisis which have been the main drivers behind most of the economic problems we are currently seeing.
Geithner wants us to believe that giving the Federal Reserve and the rest of this private banking system more power is what’s needed to resolve all of the economic problems that were caused by the central bankers themselves. How stupid does Geithner and the rest of the global elite think we are? We have a historical track record of central bankers creating economic problems and bringing in phony solutions to expand their control. We need decentralization and free markets to resolve the economic problems that have been created by these people, not more centralized power.
If all of this wasn’t bad enough, Jim Tucker from the American Free Press speaking on the Alex Jones show today stated that one of his Bilderberg sources revealed to him that the global elite are planning to push forward their cashless society grid agenda with the use of implantable microchips. The implantable microchips would be sold as a way for people to easily move through the militarized control grid that they’ve setup via the bogus terror war. Tucker also mentioned that we would see the media hyping the phony terror war and specifically the phony “white Al-Qaeda terror threat” as a way for them to continue the justification of the enslavement grid. Assuming Tucker’s Bilderberg source is providing accurate information, this agenda that Geithner is pushing in his Financial Times article is right in line with their well documented plans to get rid of cash. The central bankers would need a global regulatory framework for the banking system so they can move closer to a global currency operating in a cashless society.
This is some incredibly scary stuff. Of course there was not one word of the 2008 Bilderberg Meeting in any major U.S. media outlets. The corporate controlled media maintained a blackout on any coverage of this incredibly important yearly meeting of the global elite. It is pathetic when citizen journalists like the ones at InfoWars, PrisonPlanet and RogueGovernment provide the best coverage of what is one of the most important geopolitical meetings of the year. Either way, the commentary from Geithner as well as the information from Tucker’s Bilderberg source seems to indicate that the global elite are getting ready to further centralize the banking system in order to establish their one world cashless society grid. These criminals must be exposed and their system of global corruption and tyranny must be defeated. Let’s tell these bastards that they can take their cashless society grid and their implantable microchips where the sun don’t shine.

Millionaire Takes PM To Court Over Treaty
We are right behind you Stuart Wheeler, good luck!
A millionaire businessman is taking the Government to court today over its refusal to hold a referendum on the EU Treaty.
Stuart Wheeler claims he had "a legitimate expectation" that Gordon Brown would hold a public vote.
The Prime Minister has refused saying that the Lisbon Treaty, introduced after the EU Constitution was rejected in France and Holland, did not alter the UK constitution.
But lawyers for Mr Wheeler, a major Conservative Party donor, say the rejected Constitution and the proposed Treaty are the same in all but name.
They say the obligation to hold the promised referendum cannot be avoided simply by a name change.
The two-day case is being heard by Lord Justice Richards and Mr Justice Mackay at the High Court in London days before a referendum on the Treaty in Ireland.
An Irish "No" vote on Thursday would kill it because it must be passed unanimously by all 27 states.
Mr Wheeler has raised between £160,000 and £170,000 from donors in addition to his own money to provide a fighting fund.
He said in a statement that his legal team will try to prove the refusal to hold a referendum was "not only immoral but illegal, too".
He said: "This was a referendum the people of Britain were promised well before the last election, during it, and after it.
"But instead of fulfilling that promise, Gordon Brown has tried to push the Constitution in via the back door by rebranding a document and presenting it as a completely different text.
"This is a ridiculous argument. Leaders across Europe - including Valery Giscard d'Estaing, the author of the EU Constitution - have acknowledged, indeed almost gloated about the fact, that the Treaty is the Constitution in all but name.
"Furthermore, regardless of what name it is given, the vast majority of the British public want a referendum on this Treaty as demonstrated by the results of a YouGov poll last month."
A Foreign Office spokesman said: "Hardline Eurosceptics brought similar cases in respect of earlier European treaties, so this case is no surprise. Those challenges all failed.
"We are confident of the strength of our case on this occasion and look forward to putting our arguments before the court in more detail in due course."

US quits Human Rights Council?
The news that the US has completely withdrawn from the Human Rights Council spread like wildfire Friday afternoon (June 6) through the corridors of the Palais des Nations in Geneva. There was general consternation amongst diplomats and NGOS. Reached by phone, the American mission in Geneva neither confirmed nor denied the report. Although unofficial, the news comes at a time of long opposition by the Bush administration to the reforms which created the Human Rights Council in June 2006. Washington announced from the beginning that the US would not be an active member but its observer status would mean that it could intervene during the sessions. To date even this has rarely happened.
“We don’t understand the reasons nor the timing of the decision”, said Sebastien Gillioz of Human Rights Watch.

The Truth about the EU
Amid the silly soap opera that now passes for British politics, in which we are supposed to care more about hairstyles and mannerisms than about the country, there was one moment last week when a decent man said something important. The brief flash of truth shone out like a gold coin on a dunghill.
The man was Peter Lilley, older and wiser than when he used to sing daft songs to Tory conferences. Mr Lilley looks to me as if, like several others, he is trapped in the Unconservative Party and would blossom like an irrigated desert if only he could escape from it.
Because what he said was important, there have been far too few reports of it. Hansard for Tuesday, June 3, at 3.35pm, will give you the details, if you want them.
But his clear, hard message was that 80 per cent of our laws are now made in Brussels, and Parliament has no power to reject or amend them.
If you wonder why our Post Offices are all closing, it’s thanks to an EU directive. So is the increasingly hated Data Protection Act. So are Home Improvement Packs and fortnightly bin collections.
In 15 years’ time our Parliament will have only two functions left – to raise taxes and declare war – admittedly things that our current politicians are rather keen on.
Mr Lilley’s mischievous suggestion is that MPs’ pay should be cut each time they hand over authority to others. Incredibly, many MPs don’t know what is going on. If they ended up on the wages paid to district councillors – which is all they really are now – they might care more.
His own stark words cannot be improved upon: ‘Few voters, or even members of this house, fully realise how many powers have been, or are about to be, transferred elsewhere. There are three reasons for this. The first is that governments of all persuasions deny that any significant powers are being transferred.
The second is that, once powers have been transferred, Ministers engage in a charade of pretence that they still retain those powers. Even when introducing measures that they are obliged to bring in as a result of an EU directive they behave as though the initiative were their own.
‘Indeed, Ministers often end up nobly accepting responsibility for laws that they actually opposed when they were being negotiated in Brussels.’
So now you know. Not since Dunkirk, 68 years ago, has our national independence been so imperilled. But back then, we could see the danger. Now most of us pretend it isn’t there.

Bilderberg Live day 4

Who has been in attendance this year? Tekgnosis.typepad.com
It has surprised me that one of the people in attendance at this year's event is a well-known man in British politics. George Osborne, Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer has been attending this year's Bilderberg meeting. Here is the website for George Osborne: http://www.georgeosborne.co.uk/. George is currently breaking the law by attending this event for British MP's are not allowed to attend any secret events or meetings whilst holding any office of an MP. Do his constituents know? I suspect not.
What's New at Bilderberg 2008?
The Bilderberg group is meeting again this weekend apparently to discuss cyber terrorism, the Middle East, a nuke-free world, Africa, and Russia among other things accoring to a press release issued by the group which you can find here:
[Bilderberg Press Release]
To my knowledge, this is the first time the Bilderbergers have issued a press release directly to the public. Apparently you can get a list of the attendees yourself by a calling their number at the bottom of the press release (how kind of them, sure beats people having to get someone from the inside to send it, and then the people on the list still deny they were there).
So what's new with Bilderberg?
Well besides the out-of-character press release, there have been rumors circulating that Obama and Hillary Clinton may have attended the conference Thursday night. News outlets say they were meeting somewhere in Virginia in that area under closed doors (including the private meeting announced by the mainstream). Chantilly is only a few miles from Dulles International Airport where Obama's press was duped. Obama's/Hillary's campaign office would not confirm/deny they visited Bilderberg. More information about the event can be found here:
[Obama/Hillary Secret Meeting - WorldNetDaily]
It also interesting that one of the attendees is none other than James A. Johnson who is in charge of selecting Obama's running mate. Maybe he's getting some advice from the major global interests of who he should pick. I'm going to guess it's someone with some big business ties.
Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina is attending the Bilderberg meeting for the first time. His name was on the attendee list received. I had someone call the Governor's office to ask of his whereabouts, and they were told he was attending a "private function in Virginia." This is a suprise to many since Sanford has been a stark opponent of the Real ID Act and has still not signed it into law in the state of South Carolina. Maybe he's an insider? If I was asked to attend the conference, I would happily attend. Where else are you going to obtain all the secrets of Bilderberg? I hope to have a follow-up story later in the year about Sanford's visit.
Condeleeza Rice (US) and Minister Babacan (TUR) are also attending. Apparently Babacan didn't get the memo to keep quiet. It is his fifth time attending the conference.
[Today's Zaman - Turkish Website]
Other notables this year include Keith Alexander, Director of the US National Security Agency, Ben Bernake, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Donald Graham, CEO of the Washington Post, Henry Paulson, US Secretary of the Treasury, and Robert Zoellick, President of the World Bank Group. And of course the man who runs it all, David Rockefeller.
What is Bilderberg? Why should I care?
Bilderberg is a secretive group of powerful and well-known politicans, businessman, and people who are involved with international affairs. They have been meeting since 1954 in almost absolute secrecy until recent years. No one would admit they attended back in those days even if someone had pictures of them going in and their name on the attendee list. The conference is supposed to be an outlet for these big-namers to freely discuss their opinions on policy and world events. The meetings are extremely well guarded and kept under tight wraps. At this year's conference, private security, local/county police, Secret Service, FBI, foreign secret service were all spotted and identified. Even a couple of people dressed like US Marines were seen.
These actions from US officials are supposedly illegal since they violate the Logan Act which does not allow for US officials to meet secretly with persons from other governments to discuss/make policy. Though, charges are rarely filed against anyone. So the big question here is, why do these meetings have to be so secret? The attendees and press obviously pay no attention to the Logan Act. Is it so they can speak openly and freely as described in the press release? Or is there a more devious plot happening here? The thing that bothers people the most is not everything I've just listed, but the fact the media gives the Bilderbergers absoultely zero media coverage. But when a G8 or major UN conference is happening, the media is all over it. Everyone knows these high-ranking officals are meeting now especially with this press release. And the media still pays no attention?
In light of this year's meeting, it is obvious that the meeting's planners do not care anymore or are not worried about people finding out about their meeting. Even though reportedly this conference was moved from Greece to Chantilly, Virginia which is just outside Washington D.C. And it would seem Obama and Hillary felt it was safe enough to so obviously attend this major secret function during the first day of the Bilderberg meeting. If they did not meet, it would be a major coincidence since Chantilly is only a 15 min drive away from where Obama's press was left behind, and there just happened to be a powerhouse, global meeting going on where anybody whose was anybody was at.
