9/11, two wars, Katrina: 'We had fun', says Bush

It was eight turbulent years: 9/11, two wars, Hurricane Katrina and the worst recession since the 1930s. But President George Bush's verdict at his final press conference yesterday was: "We had fun."

He and his team had many joyous days in office, he said. "And people, they say, I just don't believe it to be the case. Well, it is the case.

"In the darkest moments of Iraq and every day when I was reading the reports about soldiers losing their lives, no question there was a lot of emotion, but there were times where we could be lighthearted and support each other."

His final appearance before the White House press corps could not even muster a full house. The door into the White House briefing room - which will be bulging next week for the first briefing under Barack Obama's administration - opened to reveal a sombre-looking president who quickly switched on a smile for the cameras.

I have thought about posting the information below for a long time. However, I feel I should post the information below and if it does turn out to be nothing then the worst that could happen is I will look like just another conspiracy theorist.

Once again, is this article just another conspiracy theory or is there something behind this? There has been a lot of investigation into the "web bots" software, and granted some of the "predictions" have come true.

However! On a completely separate issue, I have been told that 'something' big will happen on the week commencing the 6th October and warned to be on my guard and make sure things are in place.

The article reads "The Web Bots see September 22-27, 2008 as precursor dates to the main turning point date" This article was posted before the economic activity of last week.

I am sceptical about this sort of information and about articles just like the one below. I have posted the article below and informed you what I have been told; it is now up to you to decide if any of this is true.

I hope I am sat here next Friday being able to write about the latest gossip that is flowing around the world, still moaning about the same people, creating the same problems. The name of the website also brings this information is one thing to smile about "pimp in turtle"

My source says that unless Congress comes through with a plan which will stop the silent run, Banks will be forced to close to stop the run.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy friend says 9/11 was a lie

One of France's most successful stand-up comedians and a close friend of President Nicolas Sarkozy has sparked outrage by becoming the latest French star to question the official account of the September 11 attacks.

In an embarrassment to the French President, and with just two days to go before the seventh anniversary of the deadly terrorist strikes, Jean-Marie Bigard - a member of Mr Sarkozy's inner circle of showbiz friends - said the official version was a "lie".

"We are now absolutely certain that these two planes - the one that supposedly fell into a forest (flight 93 in Pennsylvania) and onto the Pentagon don't exist... those planes are still flying.

"It's an enormous lie," he told Europe 1 radio.

"It's an American missile that hit the Pentagon, they provoked it themselves, they killed fellow Americans.

"Usually one learns of these things 30 years afterwards. We know it now," he went on.

Mr Bigard, who has staged shows to a full house in Paris' football stadium, le Stade de France, added: "We are beginning to seriously consider that neither Ben Laden nor al Qaeda were responsible for September 11."

He cited the controversial 2002 bestseller L'Effroyable Imposture (The Big Lie) by Frenchman Thierry Meyssan, which claimed the Pentagon crash was a "fake", as well as the hit internet conspiracy film Loose Change.

His comments were condemned as "grotesque" by former French foreign minister Hubert Védrine. "There will always be people who believe that things are being hidden from them, that everything is being hidden from them," he said.

Europe 1 has issued an apology but Mr Bigard said he stood by his words. The crude and scatological comic, whose humour travels poorly, was one of several celebrity friends Mr Sarkozy took with him to meet the Pope late last year, as he is a devout Catholic.

He is the second French star to accuse America of fabricating the 9/11 attacks.

In March, the Oscar-winning French actress Marion Cotillard angered Americans with a similar conspiracy theory on a chat show.

The 32-year-old, who won a BAFTA award for her portrayal of Edith Piaf in La Vie en Rose, had said that the US regularly lied about major events, up to and including the terrorist attacks on New York.

"I think we're lied to about a number of things," he said, even claiming the Americans had destroyed the Twin Towers themselves because they were an outdated "money sucker".

Expanding her conspiracy theory, Miss Cotillard said it would be "a lot more expensive" to rebuild the towers "which is why they were destroyed," with the loss of thousands of American lives.

She later was forced into an embarrassing climb-down, with her lawyer saying she "never intended to contest nor question the attacks of September 11, 2001," and that her remarks were taken out of context.

"It is almost impossible to fight against this phenomenon," conspiracy theory specialist Pascal Froissart told Le Parisien. "Because the fact of denying it spreads the rumour even further."

9/11 Accomplices vie for US Presidency

In his much-ballyhooed acceptance speech, Barack Obama declared that he would "finish the fight against the terrorists who actually attacked us on 9/11". If Obama wishes to be true to his promise, he could begin with his own running mate, Senator Joe Biden.

Biden and the ISI chief

Biden was one of several top Washington officials who met with Lieutenant General Mahmoud Ahmad, the head of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) on and around September 11, 2001.

The ISI is a foreign branch of the CIA. "Al-Qaeda" is a covert operation that is managed by Anglo-American military-intelligence. Ahmad, the "9/11 money man" who delivered funds to alleged lead suicide hijacker Mohammed Atta prior to the attacks, met personally with Biden on September 13, 2001.

This case, detailed in Michel Chossodovsky’s Political Deception: Missing Link Behind 9/11, remains one of hundreds of smoking guns revealing direct US connections to 9/11, for which Biden has never provided a credible explanation.

At the same time that he was meeting with a man directly connected to the alleged hijackers, Biden was among the loudest and most bellicose voices joining Bush-Cheney for the bombing of Afghanistan, in retaliation for 9/11. Biden expressed an interest in "personally shooting Osama bin Laden". Not surprisingly, John McCain expressed the same post-9/11 bloodlust, in his infamous editorial, "War is hell. Let's get on with it."

Biden’s tune has remained unchanged, to this day. He wants to "finish the fight against al-Qaeda and the Taliban", and (in language that appears to be the new neoliberal "talking point") "take out the ones who actually attacked us on 9/11".

The fact that Biden and McCain, two major shills for the "war on terrorism" lie, are vying for White House power speaks for itself.

When recently confronted by an independent journalist about his meeting with Mahmoud Ahmad, Biden offered a series of non-sequitors, and then had his security guards escort the inquiring individual away.

Biden the insider

Dirty politics and back-door deals are nothing new for Biden, the perfect neoliberal establishment insider who has made a career of opportunism, obstruction, and political cover-up.
Biden, the senator of Delaware, the largest tax haven for corporations in the US, has played a key role in virtually every major US policy decision over the past two decades. Every military conflict. Supreme Court confirmations. Cabinet confirmations. Judiciary appointments. Congressional probes (cover-ups) of major political scandals.

Biden, a longtime Council on Foreign Relations stalwart, is a leading architect of "Homeland Security". He considers his "national security credentials" to be "unimpeachable".

Joe Biden and his longtime Senate colleague and war criminal/Keating Five "friend" McCain are as responsible for the current world crisis as anyone else alive.

Obama’s bombastic deception

If Barack Obama genuinely wishes to "take out" those who "actually attacked us" on 9/11, he would "take out" the legions of elite sponsors who have made his own rise to power possible.

He could begin with his own foreign policy guru, super-elite Zbigniew Brzezinski, the virtual creator of Islamic terrorism during the Carter administration, who suggested that a Pearl Harbor-like attack, a "massive and widely perceived external threat" would be useful; the man whose vision of "American primacy" and destablization across the Eurasian "Grand Chessboard" has been a lifelong obsession.

Obama might also "take out" the Clintons, and other neoliberal bigwigs supporting his campaign, given the fact that they were instrumental in sowing the seeds of 9/11 throughout the 1990s. Obama should "take out" members of Bush-Cheney, and members of Reagan and George H.W. Bush presidencies, and a worldwide legion of covert operatives, policy advisors, think tank figures (Project for a New American Century, etc.), and oil executives who "lit the match". He might also tell the truth about the global war for oil.

Obama, of course, will do nothing of the sort. (And Bush-Cheney will not be prosecuted, no matter what he and Biden say on the campaign trail to the contrary.)

Obama will do nothing. He will leave intact the abomination of the Patriot Act, permit illegal surveilliance, torture and renditions. He will endorse the cover-up of the 9/11 Commission, and deepen the militarization of the US homeland.

The winner of the 2008 election: the Big Lie

In the book The Iran-Contra Connection: Secret Teams and Covert Operations in the Reagan Era by Jonathan Marshall, Peter Dale Scott, and Jane Hunter, the authors describe how the combination of government recalcitrance and public acquiescence hampered attempts to limit presidential power and CIA abuses in the 1970s and 1980s.

One telling passage quotes Joe Biden:

"And when legislators tried to write a new CIA charter to limit presidential powers and check abuses, [President Jimmy] Carter’s people fought every inch of the way. Exhausted liberals caved in. To complaints from the American Civil Liberties Union, that the proposed charter was too permissive, Senator Joseph Biden (D-Del) said, "Let me tell you something, fellas. The folks don’t care. The average American could care less right now about any of this. You keep talking about public concern. There ain’t none."

Today, Bush-Cheney and the respective presidential campaigns hold the people of the world in even greater contempt.

The election is already over.

The bipartisan consensus responsible for the "war on terrorism" lie has never been more ironclad. The next presidential administration will be a continuation of the Bush-Cheney nightmare---in substance, if not in style.

The only thing left to be decided (besides the exact choreography of the final electronic vote fraud) is which lie about "change", which brand of poison to pour down the throats of the American populace.

Will it be the classic neoliberal establishment deception of Obama-Biden?

Or the more overt insult and slap in the face, and the most cynical appeal to the lowest of lowest common denominators: the insane and deeply corrupt John McCain, and the deeply corrupt insane, willfully stupid (George W. Bush-like), vitriol-spewing psychopath Sarah Palin (whose chief qualification appears to be her direct criminal ties to Alaskan energy interests)?

Counter Terrorism Czar Told Me There Is Going To Be An i-9/11 And An i-Patriot Act

Stanford Law professor Lawrence Lessig details government plans to overhaul and restrict the Internet

Amazing revelations have emerged concerning already existing government plans to overhaul the way the internet functions in order to apply much greater restrictions and control over the web.

Lawrence Lessig, a respected Law Professor from Stanford University told an audience at this years Fortune’s Brainstorm Tech conference in Half Moon Bay, California, that "There’s going to be an i-9/11 event" which will act as a catalyst for a radical reworking of the law pertaining to the internet.

Lessig also revealed that he had learned, during a dinner with former government Counter Terrorism Czar Richard Clarke, that there is already in existence a cyber equivalent of the Patriot Act, an "i-Patriot Act" if you will, and that the Justice Department is waiting for a cyber terrorism event in order to implement its provisions.

During a group panel segment titled "2018: Life on the Net", Lessig stated:

There’s going to be an i-9/11 event. Which doesn't necessarily mean an Al Qaeda attack, it means an event where the instability or the insecurity of the internet becomes manifest during a malicious event which then inspires the government into a response. You've got to remember that after 9/11 the government drew up the Patriot Act within 20 days and it was passed.

The Patriot Act is huge and I remember someone asking a Justice Department official how did they write such a large statute so quickly, and of course the answer was that it has been sitting in the drawers of the Justice Department for the last 20 years waiting for the event where they would pull it out.

Of course, the Patriot Act is filled with all sorts of insanity about changing the way civil rights are protected, or not protected in this instance. So I was having dinner with Richard Clarke and I asked him if there is an equivalent, is there an i-Patriot Act just sitting waiting for some substantial event as an excuse to radically change the way the internet works. He said "of course there is".

9/11...the Ship goes Down while The Band Plays on.

It’s the most amazing thing about the 9/11 attacks. You’ve got hundreds of professionals in the sciences and engineering fields that are on record and supported by irrefutable evidence who say that 9/11 could not have happened the way they say it did. You have hundreds of professional pilots, military pilots and aviation experts who say that those accused of piloting the planes could not possibly have done so. You have former leaders from Japan and Germany as well as intelligence chiefs from Italy and other places who say that 9/11 was an Inside Job and that those who carried it out were members of the CIA, the Israeli Mossad and elements of British intelligence.

The amount of evidence to support the guilt of these agencies is overwhelming. You have a majority of the American people and people worldwide who do not believe the official story. You have eyewitness accounts and hundreds of videos, physical evidence or the damning lack of physical evidence and the evidence of evidence destroyed. You have lies and blatant cover-ups. You have motive and the glaring evidence of following events and the clear evidence of who benefited. You have dual nationals at high levels in all of the key areas of government who are engaged in the cover-up and destruction and suppression of evidence. You have dual nationals in control of major agencies that were created ‘after’ the attacks. You have a dual national who was in charge of the Pentagon’s money while somewhere around three trillion dollars went missing and which was announced the day before 9/11 by Donald Rumsfield and which never got mentioned again because 9/11 happened. You’ve got things like this showing up every day.

We have all of this and more, much more and yet we hear nothing about it in the mass media except when the matter is ridiculed or debunked with the most ham-handed efforts. We have lying gatekeepers like Noam Chomsky saying it doesn’t matter if the government, with the assistance of other governments, did 9/11. His arguments make no sense. Why would it not matter? Anyone who makes such an argument is without a doubt in the employ of those who carried out the attacks. Their arguments make no sense. One could say that it doesn’t matter who made the attacks at Columbine. It doesn’t matter who carried out the Oklahoma bombing. It doesn’t matter why we invaded Iraq. It doesn’t matter if we attack Iran. It doesn’t matter if you obey the law or break the law. It doesn’t matter if you lie or tell the truth. It doesn’t matter how many people died for a lie. It doesn’t matter if the Palestinians are exterminated. Apparently nothing matters except to the people that it happens to and they’re gone and that doesn’t matter either.

There are some people for whom 9/11 doesn’t matter. Some of these people have no interest in what happens to other people. Some of these people are interested only in their own personal advancement. Some of these people do not want their personal advancement hindered by compromising their self interest with the truth. Some people are more stupid than it is possible to imagine. Some are indifferent to anything but their appetites. Some people are too frightened to be caught thinking outside of party lines and what is acceptable in a society inclined to accept what it is told. Some people cannot imagine that those, occasionally actually elected to represent them, would lie even when they know that it is the nature of ‘occasionally’ elected officials to lie.

Day by day the evidence mounts. Day by day more people know. Some few of us knew very soon after the event that something was wrong with the official line. Now there are many, many more who know. I knew that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq ‘before’ the invasion even occurred. I published a daily log every day for a hundred and fifty days saying so. I was excoriated for this… day followed day and no weapons were ever discovered.

When you travel the internet to various forums and chat rooms you find that trivia is the main subject of conversation. It is trivia that occupies the mind of most people. You find that many of these people are professionals in some line of work. They are not all gamers and ordinary nitwits for whom nothing beyond the trivial is possible. Some of these people have expensive educations and yet, their conversations are about the most superficial and banal of subjects. Take a look at the subject matter and quality of conversation at this forum which calls itself The Best of the Fray. The majority of the posters here are college educated. Consider the level of exchange. It is an embarrassment to the human race. This forum is one of many that are connected to the online magazine, Slate.

The pervasiveness of materialism and the pursuit of personal gain have turned a large percentage of the population into something less than human beings. They joke about terrible events. They laugh about the misfortune of others. They think themselves clever and immune. They feed on bread and circuses and are indifferent to the world as it collapses around their ears. Here is a grim reminder of what is happening to their world right now and yet they are disconnected from it. It is happening but it isn’t real. It is quite real.

So many people have no interest about what happened on 9/11. They make no connection between the ongoing election fraud; the emerging police state, the destruction of the economy, the unnecessary wars and massive loss of life, the corruption of the corporations and governments that are bleeding them white. They do not see that the government is engaged in presently planning a new terror attack in order to maintain control. They do not consider that both candidates for the coming administration are whores for the same lies and slave-masters as the administration they seek to replace. They do not consider the real possibility of martial law when so many of the laws that have followed 9/11 have all been designed with this in mind. Is it any wonder that things are as they are? Can anyone say that these people do not deserve whatever happens to them?

The dozens of people who comment at this blog with every new entry are living proof that not everyone is a posturing fool or practicing psychopath. The sterling work of many bloggers is living proof that some people care. The huge body of the public that supports the candidacy of Ron Paul is proof evident that not all of America is reading the gossip columnists or chattering about treacle and trivia online. It is a sad commentary on contemporary life that so many people are such self-involved fools. I always wondered how history could have happened the way that it did. It always seemed to me that people could not be as stupid and deluded as they appeared to be. I was wrong. You can see it now. The internet has introduced us to each other and shown us what we are up to. It’s no surprise to see that pornography is the biggest business going. It’s no surprise to see that pornography is a lot more than sex. It’s the debasement of a great deal more than just our sexual nature.

There are a great many of us who are not going to stop writing about this and studying the matter. No matter what comes in the time to come, some portion of humanity will survive. I think I can predict that most of those will not be the people who ignored and/or made fun of the things that affected their well being and the well being of others.

We are in the midst of tremendous upheaval and change. In a very short time the world as we know it can cease to exist. I make no predictions about what form coming events will take. We are walking on a narrow ledge. We shall see what happens. I will say that what you think and say and do today will ultimately have some telling result in respect of what happens to you.

CNN's Premature Announcement of WTC 7's Collapse

The collapse of the WTC7 building was obviously scripted by the big mainstream media news agencies. The BBC reported the collapse hours before it happened and now it turns out, so did CNN. Coincidence?

CNN announced that WTC 7 "has either collapsed or is collapsing" about an hour before the event.

This YouTube video is an excerpt from the CNN's live television broadcast on 9/11/2001. At about 01:58 in the clip, anchor Aaron Brown states that it's about 4:14 Eastern Daylight Time. That means that when the he makes the announcement at the beginning of the clip, it is about 4:12

“We are getting information now that one of other buildings, building 7, in the world trade center complex is on fire and has either collapsed or is collapsing. I .. I .. You to be honest can see these pictures just a little bit more clearly than I, but Building number 7 one of the other buildings in this very large complex of buildings that is the Trade Center ... there were - there were - and that is the right way to put it - there were the two towers, but then there are a number of support buildings around it - retail spaces, restaurants, office space, garages, the trains come in from New Jersey bringing commuters taking commuters back, come into the complex that is the World Trade Center, and now we are told there is a fire there and that building may collapse as well, as you can see.
We can see as we now look back down town, we can see the billowing smoke. It is extraordinary to us how long this scene has gone on. The smoke has not cleared at all. It has not lightened at all. It was that horrific moment when the Towers collapsed, and then we've been in this sort of situation ever since, as the fires continue to burn. Rose Arsie, one of our producers who has been slowly and diligently making her way to the building described the fires she saw in the areas of the Towers themselves and clearly those fires continue to burn at about 4:15 eastern daylight time today, in an unbelievable and awful scene in New York.”

Bush speaks on the possibility of another 9/11

US President George Bush has said he believes another 9/11 attack on the United States should be considered a strong possibility and warned that such an attack could originate from Pakistan.

In an interview with America’s ABC TV, Mr Bush said: "If another September 11 style attack is being planned, it probably is being plotted in Pakistan, and not Afghanistan."

Bush said if the terrorists were planning such attacks, they would be found out.

During the interview he also said that Washington had no intention of attacking Iran, but added that it was the responsibility of the US to convince the world of Iran's capacity to enrich its uranium capacities for a potentially threatening nuclear weapons program.

It was, therefore, in the interest of Washington to pressurise the Iranians to prevent them from enriching their uranium haul.

He said the US was continually gaining knowledge about Iran's activities in Iraq.

Bush said the United States would bring Iran to justice if it continued to try to use agents or surrogates to infiltrate Iraq and harm US troops and Iraqi citizens.

Asked to clarify "bring to justice," Bush replied: "It means capture or kill, is what that means."

'9/11 attacks made up, ' says French best actress Oscar-winner

International establishment media recycles year-old comments to attack Oscar-winning Marion Cotillard, despite the fact that she is merely echoing a plethora of other highly respected public figures in questioning 9/11

Oscar-winning French actress Marion Cotillard's comments regarding her doubts about the official 9/11 story have already provoked an international media smear campaign despite the fact that she is merely echoing a plethora of other highly respected public figures in questioning the establishment position.

During a French television interview, Cotillard said the public had been lied to about the terror attacks and highlighted the bizarre collapse of the twin towers in comparison with other buildings, specifically Madrid's Windsor Building, which burned intensely for over 24 hours yet did not implode like the WTC.

"We see other towers of the same kind being hit by planes. Are they burned? They [sic] was a tower, I believe it was in Spain, which burnt for 24 hours. It never collapsed. None of these towers collapsed. And there [in New York], in a few minutes, the whole thing collapsed," said Cotillard.

Hours after the comments were picked up by news outlets across the world, a reactionary media smear campaign was initiated, despite the fact that Cotillard actually made the statements over a year ago, and we were told that Cotillard's future Hollywood success was apparently "in jeopardy".

Quite how expressing an opinion that matches with hundreds of other professors, scientists, former presidents, high government officials and intelligence veterans puts someone's career "in jeopardy" is not explained in the myriad of ad hominem hit pieces that have already surfaced over the course of today.

The Parliament of Japan, the former President of Italy, widely-respected CIA veteran Robert Baer and even American music icon Willie Nelson have all questioned 9/11 in recent months.

Since the attacks, a top former member of Tony Blair's cabinet, Germany's Secretary of Defense and the founder of Reagonomics have all slammed the official story - along with a cacophony of former government, military, intelligence and political professionals.

The Hollywood Today website cites the comments of 9/11 first responder "Mike Lennon" who calls the comments “ignorant and despicable” and encourages people to picket Cotillard's upcoming movie with Johnny Depp.

To assert that questioning the official 9/11 story is harmful to the victims is a tired old propaganda ruse that has been tried on many occasions in the past by establishment media hacks.

The fact is that the majority of victim's family members doubt the official story and have been pushing for a new investigation for years - as attested to by Bill Doyle, head of the largest victim's family support group.

Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is: What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to house perhaps millions of people?

Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."

The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of "terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.

Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure "continuity of government" in the event of what the document vaguely calls a "catastrophic emergency." Should the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure "continuity of government." This could include everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack. Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.

U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a new way to expand the domestic "war on terror." Her Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955), which passed the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a commission to "examine and report upon the facts and causes" of so-called violent radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations on combatting it.

According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a native brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping investigative power to combat it.

A clue as to where Harman's commission might be aiming is the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who "engage in sit-ins, civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters ... the list goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf, the National Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.

What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?

The Constitution does not allow the executive to have unchecked power under any circumstances. The people must not allow the president to use the war on terrorism to rule by fear instead of by law.

It’s common knowledge, he reveals, CIA, Mossad behind terror attacks

Former Italian President Francesco Cossiga, who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio, has told Italy’s oldest and most widely read newspaper that the 9-11 terrorist attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad, and that this was common knowledge among global intelligence agencies. In what translates awkwardly into English, Cossiga told the newspaper Corriere della Sera:

“All the [intelligence services] of America and Europe know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the Mossad, with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part in Iraq [and] Afghanistan.”

Cossiga was elected president of the Italian Senate in July 1983 before winning a landslide election to become president of the country in 1985, and he remained until 1992.

Cossiga’s tendency to be outspoken upset the Italian political establishment, and he was forced to resign after revealing the existence of, and his part in setting up, Operation Gladio. This was a rogue intelligence network under NATO auspices that carried out bombings across Europe in the 1960s, 1970s and ’80s. Gladio’s specialty was to carry out what they termed “false flag” operations—terror attacks that were blamed on their domestic and geopolitical opposition.

In March 2001, Gladio agent Vincenzo Vinciguerra stated, in sworn testimony, “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force … the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security.”

Cossiga first expressed his doubts about 9-11 in 2001, and is quoted by 9-11 researcher Webster Tarpley saying “The mastermind of the attack must have been a sophisticated mind, provided with ample means not only to recruit fanatic kamikazes, but also highly specialized personnel. I add one thing: it could not be accomplished without infiltrations in the radar and
flight security personnel.”

Coming from a widely respected former head of state, Cossiga’s assertion that the 9-11 attacks were an inside job and that this is common knowledge among global intelligence agencies is illuminating. It is one more eye-opening confirmation that has not been mentioned by America’s propaganda machine in print or on TV. Nevertheless, because of his experience and status in the world, Cossiga cannot be discounted as a crackpot.

In Germany during the 1930s, a young man worked on an assembly line in a baby carriage factory. His wife was going to have a baby, and he conceived the idea of stealing a part from each factory division. So, every couple of days, he stole a part. When he had all the parts at home, he assembled them. What he wound up with was not a baby carriage, but a machine gun - which illustrates the fact that in the beginning Hitler built his war machine using subterfuge. By the time the world became aware of his plans, it was too late. Even more ribald is the fact that Hitler was funded in part by New York and London banking interests. Indeed, there was a sphere of reality on top of the one our grandparents believed in and gave their lives for.

The same thing is happening today. Well meaning, patriotic people are killing and dying for a cause which is a total fabrication. The same thing has always happened. There's a book called, "War Is A Racket" by Major General Smedley Butler. He testified to Congress in the 1930s and blew the whistle on the current President's grandfather, Prescott Bush, who was plotting a fascist coup of the US Government. This attempted coup was being bankrolled by a German industrialist named Fritz Thyssen, who happened to be one of Hitler's main financiers. How's that for an example of a genetic self-similar repetition of pattern?

Once you gain awareness of the bigger pattern of which your life comprises a necessary part, you must say goodbye to the old paradigm that was your interpretation of the world. Since that moment when I apprehended the truth about 9/11, I've never been comfortable with the idea that mass-murderers are running the show. The situation is not acceptable to me anymore. People are being subjugated to unspeakable horrors so a few egregious excuses for humanity can obtain obscene wealth and uncontrolled power, and everybody is supposed to look the other way because it's just too uncomfortable to talk about.

Look at just a few facts which we are supposed to be comfortable with:

· We must make war in Iraq and Afghanistan so we can bring them peace.

· We must strike Iran first with nuclear weapons of which we have thousands, because in a few years they might develop one. This despite the fact that the US Director of National Intelligence publicly states, "We judge with high confidence that in August 2003, Tehran halted its nuclear weapons program".

· The troops were lined up to attack Afghanistan months before the US government staged 9/11 and blamed it on the "terrorists".

· We must fight Al Qaeda, even though the CIA is inexorably tied to Al Qaeda.

· The money wired to Mohamed Atta didn't come from Al Qaeda, so ultimately it's not important who funded the "terrorists".

· The very fact that anybody speaks about "terrorists" on 9/11 when they have not produced one shred of evidence for the existence of these 19 men on that day.

· The financial entity that placed the "put options" before 9/11 is not connected to Al Qaeda, so it is not relevant to talk about it, even if it turns out to be connected to the CIA, who created Al Qaeda.

· On June 5, 2006 the FBI stated, “The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Osama bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11.” As well as saying, “Bin Laden has not been formally charged in connection to 9/11.”

· The missing 2.3 trillion dollars from the defence budget announced by Donald Rumsfeld the day before 9/11.

· The obvious controlled demolition of the 3 World Trade Center towers hit by only 2 planes.

· The Patriot Act & Military Commissions Act & Homegrown Terrorist Act & every other Act put forth by these traitors.

· The Department of Homeland Criminals.

We see a consciously directed agenda unfolding everywhere, independent of which political party is in power. We see it written by the Think Tanks and the NGOs. We can study the United Nations and Agenda 21, the writings of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group, the Club of Rome.

We are aware of certain arrangements throughout our whole life which keep repeating, and many things just never seem to make sense. The points of incongruity are all around us at this very moment.

We have a campaign of aerial spraying above our very heads for all to see, yet every government will deny existence of the program. We have documented cases of government led experiments on domestic populations with horrifying and deadly results. It doesn't matter how you equivocate in your own mind that it's okay; that they live like animals, they mistreat women, they don't worship our god, they don't like soft-boiled eggs on Tuesday, whatever. It's not okay. It's just plain murder. These patterns we live day to day are supporting all manner of atrocities. The trick is that we are made to believe that the sphere we occupy is real and good. We get so absorbed looking at the marvelous intricacies and endless diversions of culture, art, and entertainment, that we don't see the layers on top that are just using us to make up more complex arrangements. Instead, we can remain blissfully unaware if we like, or merely choose not to think about it. Our lives are simple; go to work, pay your taxes, watch TV....talking of which is Britney Spears still in hospital?

.....and so the mantra of the psychologically diseased gets repeated ad nauseam. War on terror. Al Qaeda. Bin Laden. Radical Muslims. On and on. That's all they have. Former Italian President and the man who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio Francesco Cossiga has gone public on 9/11, telling Italy's most respected newspaper that the attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad and that this was common knowledge amongst global intelligence agencies.

Cossiga gained respect from opposition parties as one of a rare breed - an honest politician - and led the country for seven years until April 1992.

No Work, No School, No Shopping – Hit the Streets”

The 911 General Strike called by a coalition of antiwar, 911 Truth, and pro impeachment groups is gaining strength with gatherings scheduled across the country and rapidly expanding activity on the Internet, where the idea originated.

Strike activities are growing by the day. Every citizen is empowered by this essentially leaderless, egoless movement. This is one case where the people will actually lead if they choose. The impact of major public participation would shock those in power who ignore what they see as a passive public.

We recommend that everyone become an organizer for this strike. Try to link up with people in your area, have meetings, network, discuss over the internet, and plan your own creative actions for the 11th. People can help out the strike by just continuing to organize, communicate, and spread the word.

The general strike gives citizens a chance to show those in power it’s time to listen through “a day of personal reflection and nonviolent dissent in recognition of the course we have been on since 9/11.” The simple action plan includes – no school, no work, no buying anything (at all), and hit the streets.

A White House run by the war lobby and an absentee Congress created the following issues which unite citizens in a demand for action:

New nuclear terror drill sparks conspiracy scare

U.S. military drill designed to enhance homeland security in the event of a nuclear terrorist attack has some officials and media outlets funded by billionaire George Soros warning it may be a "false flag" operation leading to the detonation of a real nuclear device to set the stage for martial law.

The exercise, part of the "Noble Resolve" program of the U.S. Joint Forces Command, is set for tomorrow through Friday in Portland, Ore. Like other previous drills, it involves coordination with local officials in a model nuclear attack.

"A false flag attack is one in which you attack your own people, then blame it on a group of people you want to attack," wrote May. "It's a radical stratagem for instantly creating hatred, and it's common, historically speaking, all the way from ancient to modern times."

May gave the following examples:

The Roman emperor Nero burned Rome, then blamed it on emerging Christianity.
The German fuhrer Hitler burned the Reichstag, then blamed it on communist Jewry.
The American president Bush demolished the World Trade Center, then blamed it on radical Islam.

"At this stage of the Bush regime and its terror-driven global war, there's no shame in conspiracy theory, since it's the only theory that offers consistent, coherent answers to our growing secret government and its terror policies," wrote May.

"There has been a growing concern over the mock or simulation events (nuclear attack and martial law) proposed to take place in Portland, Oregon, by Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other governmental agencies now called Operation Noble Resolve," reports the agency in an article titled "Don't Nuke Portland." "This mock event has been feared by some in the past to set up martial law in Portland during the months of August and September, but newer information has raised concern of graver fears."
